I Work With You.

I work with you to examine your trading from the outside, using your data, decisions and process.

Trading problems are often misdiagnosed.

A strategy with no measurable edge can look like a discipline problem. Inconsistent execution can make a sound idea look broken. A difficult run of variance can talk you out of something that was working, or persuade you to keep defending something that never was.

Most people come to trading to make money. But sometimes there's more attached to it than that — something to prove, something to escape, or part of your identity tied to the outcome. It's worth figuring out whether any of that is actually part of the problem.

My part is helping you work out what you're actually dealing with. We use your data, decisions and process to narrow it down. Is the idea itself weak? Is the testing misleading you? Is the level of risk making the process harder to execute? Or does the difficulty appear when you have to execute under pressure?

I've spent years trying to understand the gap between knowing what you're supposed to do and being able to do it under pressure. It is one of the main things I look at in these sessions.

Before trading, I studied engineering and later built and sold a business. Both left me with a habit I now bring to trading: if something isn't working, I want to pull it apart and understand why.

These sessions aren't lectures or generic advice. We focus on what you're actually thinking and doing.

The goal of these sessions isn't to give you someone else's trading style.
It's to help you understand your own more clearly.

Who this is for

These sessions are probably most useful if you're genuinely trying to improve and willing to look honestly at what you're doing. You don't need to know exactly what needs attention before we start. Working that out is part of the point. That might mean building or refining your own strategy, getting to grips with risk, or working out how to begin scaling in a way that remains manageable for you.

What this is

We look at what you're doing, including your trades, decisions, rules, notes and questions. The pieces are often connected, so we follow the evidence rather than assume we know the explanation in advance. The aim is to leave you with a clearer view of your trading and what to examine next.

A session will usually take the form of a review, where we go through your past trading together. If it would be more useful, we can also work live while you trade. I won't tell you what to buy, sell or hold. Every decision and order remains yours.

What this isn't

It isn't a one-hour lecture of generic trading advice. I'm also not a therapist. If we reach something that belongs with a licensed mental health professional, I'll say so plainly and encourage you to speak with one.

I can't make you money, and I won't pretend to. The decisions and the work remain yours. If our conversation helps you see something now that might otherwise have taken months or even years to recognize, then the hour has done something useful.

How it works

$395 · one hour · over Zoom

No package to buy into, no lump sum, no commitment beyond the hour in front of you. Try one. If it helps and you want to do another, book another. If not, that's fine too.

Bring whatever you have: questions, trade records, screenshots, rules, journal notes. If you are unsure whether something matters, bring it anyway. We'll work that out together.

If you don't have a settled strategy, records or notes yet, that's okay too. We can start with where you are and work out what would be useful to build, test or begin tracking.

Sessions are currently available to adults who reside in the United States and will be physically located in the United States during the session.

Not sure yet?

Not sure whether a session makes sense? Message me first. Tell me what you're stuck on. If I think I can help, I'll tell you. If I don't, I'll tell you that too.

In the meantime

Everything I publish publicly is free, so have a look before paying me anything. Thinking Clearly Under Uncertainty is probably the best place to start. If you read it and think my way of looking at trading could help you, get in touch. If it isn't for you, better to find that out for free.
